placing an order

Can all items be customised? 

Most of our items can be customised to fit your style and budget. All you need to do is email us and we can discuss colours, materials and dimensions to curate your unique piece.

Can I cancel or modify my order once I’ve made payment? 

Once payment has been made you will not be able to cancel or modify your order. You may, however, change your delivery address by sending us an email.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our lead time is 4-6 weeks depending on the specific item as all of our pieces are individually made to order.

What if I do not live on the ground floor? 

The standard delivery procedure by couriers is that they will only deliver to the ground floor. We will install our sofas and beds. However, if special options are required such as hoisting if the product does not fit through the front door, we will not be able to assist in certain cases. Please email us if this is a concern.

Has my order been shipped yet? 

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email.

Can I collect my order? 

Unfortunately not. Right now we only do deliveries.

Where do you deliver to? 

While we are based in Cape Town, we are happy to say we are able to deliver nationwide. 

returns and exchanges

How do I return an order? 

As our items are made to order items, we do not need accept returns, unless in the unlikely case that the item is defective. If this happens, please email us and we will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded.
